Visual microscope and magnifying glass were used for observation and detection. Visual fatigue exists in operators and image format cannot be formed by quality analysis.
If through the traditional video microscope, only through the plane observation, because the depth of field is small, part of the angle can not be clearly observed, it is easy to lead to the occurrence of missed detection;
Solution:
Through 3D optical microscope, three-dimensional rotating lens and CCD camera, the real-time three-dimensional image with large dynamic is viewed, which has the characteristics of large field of view, large depth of field and high definition. It can clearly judge and analyze the welding feet of each IC component without workpiece tilt, especially for the observation of virtual welding. The lens rotation speed, direction and light source can be adjusted by themselve.
